At Siebert Performance, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are designed for high-performance and racing applications, returns and refunds are handled under the following policy.
📦 Returns
-Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
-Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to be eligible.
-Exclusions:
-Custom-built engines, carburetors, camshafts, or other special-order parts.
-Electrical components, gaskets, and any item that has been installed, modified, or run.
-Approval Required: Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
💲 Refunds
-Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
-Method: Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
-Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging.
-Timing: Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after approval.
🚚 Return Shipping
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, etc.).
-We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Siebert Performance is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
⚠️ Pricing Accuracy
-In the event of a pricing error on this web site or in other advertisements, Siebert Performance reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders due to such pricing errors.

-Racing parts are sold “as is”. No warranty is expressed or implied beyond the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).
-Engines, carburetors, and custom components are non-refundable once in use.
-Siebert Performance is not liable for labor costs, installation, or consequential damages related to returned or defective products.
