At Siebert Performance, we know how important it is for racers to get parts on time. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
📦 Order Processing
-In-stock items ship the same business day if ordered before 2:00 PM CST.
-Orders placed after hours, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
-Some products may ship directly from our suppliers (drop-ship). In those cases, tracking will be provided once available.
💲 Shipping Rates
-Parts & Accessories: Real-time UPS/FedEx rates are shown at checkout based on weight, box size, and destination.
-Large/Heavy Items (Engines, Short Blocks, Crates): These require freight shipping. We will contact you with a custom freight quote after your order is placed, or you may contact us before checkout for a quote.
-Drop-Ship Items: Certain products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Their shipping methods and timelines may vary.
🌎 Shipping Areas
-We currently ship within the United States.
-International orders may be possible by request. Please contact us for details before ordering.
⚠️ Additional Information
-Freight shipments require a valid phone number so the carrier can schedule delivery.
-Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees or delays.
-Damages or shortages must be reported to Siebert Performance within 48 hours of delivery.
